Returns

Thirty days, no drama.

If a piece isn't right, message us within thirty days of delivery for a free exchange or a refund. Pieces should come back unworn, in their original packaging.

Keep them quietly lovely.

Crystal jewellery ages well with a little care. A few small habits will keep your pieces looking new for years.

  • Last on, first off. Jewellery comes off before skincare and showers.
  • Store in the pouch we send, away from direct sun.
  • A soft cloth wipe after wear keeps the metal bright.
  • Steer clear of chlorine, salt water, and perfume.

How do I pay?

After you send your order on WhatsApp, we'll reply with a PayNow QR in the name of Channel Crystals. Scan it with any Singapore bank app and you're done. Bank transfer is also possible for international orders.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before noon on a working day ship the same afternoon. You'll get a tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as it's dropped off.

Are the stones real?

Yes, every stone we use is a natural, untreated crystal unless specified otherwise. We never use dyed glass, resin, or heat-treated lookalikes.

Will the metal tarnish?

We only use 14k gold-fill and recycled sterling silver. With normal wear and the care tips above, you should see many years of use without significant tarnishing.

Can I resize a ring?

Most rings can be resized. Message us with your piece name and the size you'd like, and we'll talk you through the options.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide via registered post or DHL. Shipping is quoted per order on WhatsApp because rates vary by country and weight.

Do you do custom or bespoke pieces?

Occasionally, yes. Send us your idea on WhatsApp with a rough budget and timeline. We take on a small number of custom briefs each quarter.

Do you offer wholesale?

We work with a small number of stockists. Drop a note with your store's name and website and we'll send the wholesale deck if it feels like a good fit.
